Hello Founder / Candidate! It’s nice to meet you.
Let us share a bit about ourselves and our flagship IFD Program to facilitate your decision-making on whether Reapra might be the venture builder community and support for you.

RE・A・PRA stands for Research and Practice.

At Reapra, we believe that true innovation happens at the intersection of research and practice. We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, where every member of our community actively engages in both thinking and doing. This collaborative, generalist approach enables us to challenge traditional models of entrepreneurship and push boundaries in meaningful ways.
We're proposing a new kind of career path—one that redefines what it means to be an entrepreneur. This new form of entrepreneurship is:
Focused on solving 20–30 year systemic problems
Rather than chasing short-term wins, our founders commit to addressing deep, long-term challenges with enduring social and economic impact.
Rooted in lifelong learning
Entrepreneurs continuously evolve through reflection, experimentation, and co-learning, making learning itself a core part of the venture-building journey.
Driven by personal identity and energy
Each founder builds a business aligned with their unique life mission, worldview, and natural tendencies—making their work not only impactful, but deeply personal.
Growth-centric, in the truest sense
Growth is measured not just in profits, but in personal development, expanded capacity for impact, and long-term contribution to society.

Reapra isn’t just another fund—we’re redefining how businesses are built, nurtured, and sustained for generations.

At Reapra, we take a fundamentally distinct approach to building businesses compared to traditional venture capital firms. Here’s how we stand apart:

The Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program is a mandatory discernment process that all founders and applicants seeking investment from Reapra have to go through before investment. It is a deeper discourse and reflection on your personal background that goes beyond careers and entrepreneurship (e.g. childhood and personal history), before being tied back to what is critical for you in your career decisions and shaping your future business.

Reapra’s approach in building future industries is very unusual in its learning methods and defining the social problems we want our founders to address. Due to the long-term vision of our companies, the way we see founders starting, operating, and growing their businesses looks very different from current notions of entrepreneurship and employment.
